right place, right time

Time and place plays an important role in innovation. A good idea at wrong time or place may not come to fruition.

Very good example of this is innovation of digital age in Silicon valley vs few others around Oxford, England. Innovators and entrepreneurs of Silicon Valley succeeded because they were at right place at right time, not because they were better than one in England. England simply lacked the atmosphere and support system already present in Silicon valley.
